About Tree House Daycare

Tree House Preschool Daycare was established in September 2007 to meet the needs of families looking for quality home care for their children. At Tree House we believe that childhood is a journey and not a race. The years under six are the most critical period for nurturing a child’s natural curiosity and for laying the foundation of all future development. Our program at Tree House is a modified approach to the methods, philosophy, and teachings of Maria Montessori. Our curriculum includes hands-on learning in several areas, in an environment prepared to allow the children to freely choose their own activities. We also spend lots of time outdoors, playing and exploring the natural world. Early childhood is a very special time that should not be rushed. Each child should be allowed to grow and develop at their own pace. Treehouse Preschool Daycare provides a nurturing environment where children are secure and childhood is cherished.
