The last day of preschool before Christmas vacation.....everyone was very excited today!

Playing "Shark Attack" this morning....they are a little too young to play by the rules yet but they sure had fun with this anyway.....and isn't that the whole point anyway.

They are just starting to really enjoy playing board games together...

The children are enjoying scooping out the pot after we made "Moose Droppings" for our party this afternoon.

The look on the children's faces when they saw today's party food was priceless. We do try to avoid high sugar treats at Tree House but at Christmas we make an exception....

Present time.....

One of our wonderful grandparents brought gifts for all the children. The gifts came in a great big box which Tiger thought was the "bestest" present

Merry Christmas to all my Tree House Gang and their families. May you all experience all the love and magic that this season has to offer........Mama Sharon

More fresh snow outsid today....

Tiger is not too impressed with the snow or his snowsuit. Poor guy just got mobile now he is hampered by a bulky snowsuit and slippy, deep, wet snow

We don't always get outside after rest time these days as the nights come early....as the littles leave a little earlier than the "big kids" we like to get out the big box of Lego

Finally the real snow arrived......

The snow blocks I bought at a garage sale this summer work really well

We celebrated St. Nicholas day today....

St. Nicholas Day is actually Dec. 6....as we figured St. Nick would be flying overhead on his way to Europe we put our boots outside so he could see them...and while we were napping....he stopped by and filled our shoes

mmmm....chocolate in our boots..
