Handwork today....we dyed eggs...

Baking Day!

Everyone kneading the dough for Hot Cross Buns....we enjoyed them for snack this afternoon with some Mango tea, YUMMY!

At the eye doctors....."father" is sitting in the waiting room..

The boys took a stroll together today....the girls were all down by the sandbox making mud pies and soup
Little Man had two young passengers on his sailing adventure this morning....

We painted pictures from this week's story "The Little Dancer"....

The "big" kids have been playing house on this rock all week.......we did our school wash this morning and hung it out to dry.

After lunch they decided to play restaurant.

We are learning about insects this week...on our shelf is a tray of some insect models.

For our handwork this morning we planted some sugar snap peas......
They planted some to take home and some to put in our classroom for our school garden.

We uncovered our front garden to see if the bulbs we planted in the fall are coming through yet.....Look there is a little hyacinthe peeking through.

Everyone doing their own thing outside this morning....

A day to paint....

Bean was our snack helper this morning.....she served us fresh bran muffins, oranges and filled our cups with cold water.

As Peanut was putting out some birdseed this morning, this little chickadee wanted to be first in line for today's seeds.

A little brisk and wet today but the children still enjoyed digging in the sandbox.

We took the 'Littles' for their first walk in the woods today......

Friday is our cleaning day.....today: Cubbies, Boot Mats and Windows

A very busy morning.....cleaning, painting, outside for lots of fresh air and exercise, a delicious lunch of Mexican beans, grilled tortilla, lots of salsa and a banana......just couldn't keep those little eyes open any longer.

Tiger was enjoying lining up the wood.

This tower ended up being taller than me....
Tiger enjoys playing with the playdoh.....he has gotten very good at putting it all away himself...he actually will pack it up, put it back on the shelf then get it back out and play again and then repeat the whole process.

Preparing vegetables for our lunch soup...today we made lentil soup.
